COMMISSION PAYOUT

When comparing commission payouts, the question is what do you get to keep from what you earn?  Obviously, fees can make a big difference, so let's talk first about what our plan does not include; Franchise fees, Desk fees, Administrative Fees, Transaction Fees, Technology Fees and  Regional Advertising Fees.  Empire Home Realty offers the most attractive payout with the least fees in the industry allowing you to earn more!

Empire Home Realty’s compensation plan is progressive and based on experience and sales volume with minimum/no fees.

PROFIT SHARING and RECRUITING BONUSES

We also offer a profit sharing plan and recruiting bonuses for all our agents allowing them an additional source of income outside of traditional commissions.
